حول عمليات الإرجاع والاسترداد
1. كيف يمكنني إلغاء الطلب؟
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً خلال 24 ساعة دون أي سبب.
إذا تم شحن طلبك، فلا يمكن إلغاؤه. في حال إصرارك على إلغائه، سيتم خصم ما بين 30% و50% من قيمة الطلب لتغطية تكاليف التخزين، وتجهيز الطلب، والشحن. سيتم خصم هذه الرسوم من المبلغ المسترد لقيمة المنتج/المنتجات.
2. ماذا لو استلمت سلعة تالفة؟
المنتجات التي تصل إلينا بزجاج مكسور أو أغطية أو إطارات متضررة لا تُعتبر معيبة ولا يمكن إرجاعها. في هذه الحالة، سنقوم باستبدال الزجاج أو الأغطية مجانًا. إذا كنت لا ترغب في استلام بديل وتريد إرجاع المنتج، فسنتعامل معه كإرجاع عادي ونخصم رسوم الإرجاع بنسبة تصل إلى 35%. كما نحتفظ بحقنا في خصم جميع رسوم الشحن من المبالغ المستردة.
3. متى سأستلم المبلغ المسترد؟
بعد استلامنا لمرتجعاتك، قد يستغرق الأمر ما يصل إلى 5 أيام عمل لإعادة المبلغ إلى حسابك الأصلي (باي بال: من يوم إلى يومين؛ بطاقة الائتمان: من 3 إلى 5 أيام). إذا واجهتك أي مشكلة بخصوص استرداد المبلغ، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني [email protected]، وسنرد عليك في أقرب وقت ممكن.
