返品と返金について
1. 注文をキャンセルするにはどうすればよいですか?
ご注文は24時間以内であれば理由なく無料でキャンセルできます。
ご注文が発送済みの場合はキャンセルできません。キャンセルをご希望の場合は、保管費用、注文準備費用、配送費用としてご注文金額の30%～50%を請求させていただきます。この手数料は、ご返金金額から差し引かれます。
2. 破損した商品を受け取った場合はどうなりますか?
ガラスが割れている、シェードまたはフレームにへこみがある商品は不良品とはみなされず、返品できません。この場合、ガラスまたはシェードを追加料金なしで交換いたします。交換をご希望でなく商品を返品される場合は、通常の返品として扱い、返品手数料の最大35%を請求させていただきます。また、当社は返金額からすべての送料を差し引く権利を留保します。
